Her background in chiropractic practices allows her to understand the full patient experience, from scheduling and check-in to supporting patients throughout their care.
Amanda takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized environment at the front desk. She believes the first interaction sets the tone for a patient’s visit and is committed to making each patient feel comfortable, heard, and supported.
Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys horseback riding, working with cattle, reviewing medical case studies, reading, and spending time gardening.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring local coffee shops, trying new foods with friends, and spending time with her two dogs. Samantha’s blend of experience, empathy, and dedication helps create a positive and reassuring environment for every patient.

Audrey Estrada serves as the Office Manager at Elite Medical Center, bringing more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and over 20 years of specialized expertise in accounts receivable. A graduate of Colorado State University, she utilizes her extensive background in healthcare administration, accounts receivable management, and financial operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellence throughout the practice.
Known for her professionalism, leadership, and dedication, Audrey plays a vital role in supporting clinical providers, maintaining compliance, and elevating the overall patient experience.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Audrey enjoys camping, kayaking, and exploring the diverse landscapes of South Carolina. She also loves spending time with her dog and going on long walks, especially when discovering new trails and outdoor spaces.
