Kevin Prime, DC
Dr. Kevin Prime is an experienced chiropractor who provides patient-focused care for a wide range of conditions. He is known for his thoughtful, whole person approach and for taking the time to understand what may be contributing to pain, stiffness, or reduced mobility. His goal is to help patients feel better, move more comfortably, and support their long- term health.
Dr. Prime completed his undergraduate studies at Gardner Webb University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree with coursework in general biology and chemistry. He went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina, graduating in 2014. During his chiropractic training, he completed an X-ray internship that strengthened his diagnostic skills and clinical confidence.
He specializes in the care of spinal and extremity conditions and develops personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs. Dr. Prime is certified in physiotherapy through the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and holds certification from the South Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He is also a member of the South Carolina Chiropractic Association.

Steve Barnett, MD
Dr. Steven Barnett is a board-certified family medicine physician with nearly three decades of experience caring for patients across all stages of life. He is known for his steady, thoughtful approach and his commitment to building long-term relationships with the individuals and families he serves. Patients appreciate his ability to listen carefully, explain medical concerns clearly, and provide practical guidance that supports overall wellness.
Dr. Barnett earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Clemson University before completing his medical education at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1995, followed by an internship at Middlesex Hospital in 1996. He then completed the University of Connecticut Family Practice Residency Program in Hartford in 1998, where he gained broad training in comprehensive primary care.
He is board certified in Family Practice and Family Medicine and is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Barnett is affiliated with MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center Downtown, MUSC Health Lancaster Medical Center, and Piedmont Medical Center. His clinical experience, combined with a patient centered philosophy, allows him to provide attentive and dependable care focused on prevention, diagnosis, and ongoing health management.
Jed Riley Ellenburg, DC
Dr. Jed Riley Ellenburg is a chiropractor who brings a focused, attentive approach to patient care and a strong foundation in the biological sciences. With three years of clinical experience, he works with patients to address pain, improve mobility, and support overall musculoskeletal health through thoughtful, individualized chiropractic care.

Dr. Ellenburg is also certified by the South Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is CBP certified. Syreeta Dendy, FNP
Syreeta Dendy is a Family Nurse Practitioner with eight years of experience as an NP and more than seventeen years of prior experience as a Registered Nurse. She brings a strong clinical foundation, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care. Her extensive background allows her to combine clinical expertise with clear communication, helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care.
Outside of her professional work, Syreeta enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, traveling, and discovering new restaurants. Her warm personality, dedication, and broad clinical experience make her an invaluable part of the Elite Medical Center team.
