Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending time with friends in North Carolina. She loves swimming, taking spontaneous road trips, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

Originally from Durango, Colorado, she is known for her warm, welcoming approach and her ability to help patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they arrive.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, exploring local coffee shops, trying new foods with friends, and spending time with her two dogs. Samantha’s blend of experience, empathy, and dedication helps create a positive and reassuring environment for every patient.
Audrey Estrada - Office Manager

Audrey Estrada serves as the Office Manager at Elite Medical Center, bringing more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and over 20 years of specialized expertise in accounts receivable. A graduate of Colorado State University, she utilizes her extensive background in healthcare administration, accounts receivable management, and financial operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellence throughout the practice.
Known for her professionalism, leadership, and dedication, Audrey plays a vital role in supporting clinical providers, maintaining compliance, and elevating the overall patient experience.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Audrey enjoys camping, kayaking, and exploring the diverse landscapes of South Carolina. She also loves spending time with her dog and going on long walks, especially when discovering new trails and outdoor spaces.
